We’re thrilled to team up with PetSmart Charities for the Adopt Joy Event on Saturday, September 6! As Chicago’s largest open-admission animal shelter, Anti-Cruelty will be bringing some of our most lovable pets to a local PetSmart for a special off-site adoption day.

Join us at our downtown Chicago adoption center from Friday, September 12–27 to celebrate our second annual Kindness Delivered: Amazon Adoption Promotion! Thanks to Amazon’s generous support, ALL adoption fees will be waived during this time period, plus, on Saturday, September 20, the first 100 adopters will go home with a $50 Amazon gift card.

Get ready for the biggest pet adoption event in Greater Chicagoland! Join us at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, Illinois, on Saturday, September 27, from 11am–4pm for Super Adoption Saturday. This exciting event brings together animal shelters from across the tri-state and Chicagoland with one goal in mind—helping homeless animals find loving homes!
