Canines For Kindness

There is nothing better than watching animals who are trained with patience, positivity and kindness! Canines for Kindness unites our humane education team with renowned local trainer Jeff Jenkins to show how to take kindness to the next level.

The program, which gained popularity at summer camps across Chicago, is now available year-round! Watch us live and in-person (or in your virtual classroom) as we explore the role of empathy in dog training, share basic animal care tips, and demonstrate how to communicate kindly with both pets and people. 

Jeff’s dogs Rosie Rae, Ricky, and Bobby are the four-legged stars of Midnight Circus and will showcase their talent in this unique, engaging program. Participants will see these pups perform a variety of agility exercises while learning more about how positive reinforcement goes beyond training and can be applied to everyday life.
