Anti-Cruelty is celebrating the season of love by hosting a very special Valentine’s Day campaign in the hopes of helping resident animals find their forever Valentine, or at least have a very special date for a day.
Starting on 2/12-2/18, Anti-Cruelty encourages the public to come by the shelter and participate in a Dog DATE Out. Simply come by the River North shelter location and let the staff know that you would like to take one of our adoptable dogs on a day out. Our staff will work with you to select a dog and dog-friendly field trip location. Plus- if it’s a match and you want to welcome your companion home, your adoption fee will be waived during that week!
On Valentine’s Day, February 14th, we are hoping for plenty of love connections and will be offering $14 adoption fees for all animals all day long!
No time to adopt or take a pup out? We will also have a special “Hissing Booth” photo opportunity with adoptable kittens and cats. Don’t forget to smooch a pooch during your visit!
