Shelter Service Day

If you’re a teen looking for a one-day, on-site volunteer opportunity with The Anti-Cruelty Society, register for Shelter Service Day!

The Anti-Cruelty Society welcomes teens to our Shelter Service Day! This unique volunteer opportunity occurs one Thursday per month from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Use your crafting skills to create toys and beds for the animals at The Anti-Cruelty Society so that they can stay cozy and happy while they are in our care.

  • Do you want to help shelter pets, and earn service learning hours? Join us for an evening of volunteering
  • Did you already complete a Service Learning Project at home? You can drop off your completed project during Shelter Service Day. Remember to bring any paperwork you need to have signed in order to verify your hours!

Please Note: All participants must register ahead of time and bring a signed waiver (see registration link and waiver PDF at the bottom of the page). There is a $5 non-refundable fee which goes directly towards purchasing materials and supplies.
