About The Event

The Anti-Cruelty Society’s Kids Who Care program offers families an opportunity to engage in our work while providing valuable education to kids and adults alike. During an on-site Kids Who Care event families learn more about proper animal care, make a toy for an adoptable dog, read a book to a resident cat, prepare snacks for one of our small mammals, and decorate an adoption poster for an available pet.

Who: Families with children between the ages of 2–10. Please note that we require one adult participant per every 2 children in your group.

When: The first Saturday of every month from 10:00-11:30 a.m.

Where: The Anti-Cruelty Society, 157 West Grand Avenue

Cost: The cost of registration is $5 for each child in your group.
