Supporting Neighbors in Need
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Anti-Cruelty expanded the Friends Who Care program, which provides a one-time care package of pet food and treats for pets whose owners have been impacted by the virus. On the first day, we received 4,000 applications for this program. Our cost to provide these care kits to pet owners in need, including home delivery, is $50. Anti-Cruelty has committed to sending at least 5,400 of these kits, which will provide over 325,000 pet meals, to Chicago area pet owners and we need your help to fund this critical program.
On this special #GivingTuesdayNow, an anonymous foundation has promised $10,000 to support Friends Who Care, as long as we can raise $10,000 from individual donors like you.
