Humane Heroes

Humane Heroes

We have established a new giving program called Humane Heroes to recognize our dedicated supporters who give a minimum of $2,400 each year. These annual gifts provide the necessary support that allows Anti-Cruelty to serve as an innovative leader in the field of animal welfare.

Humane Heroes have a unique opportunity to substantially impact the lives of animals and people by supporting Anti-Cruelty's mission.

Here’s how your generosity can make an immediate difference:

• Celebrate and strengthen the human-animal bond and help provide a second chance for animals through adoption and fostering
• Care for and protect animals through rescue and investigations into animal cruelty and neglect
• Close service gaps by providing access to veterinarian care and
low cost spay/neuter services while bring pet care resources directly to the community
• Preserve families by providing a safety net to keep and pets and people together

As philanthropic leaders, Human Heroes receive special access and exclusive benefits such as:
• Insider updates and communications from Tracy Elliott, President and CEO
• Invitations to exclusive events and programs
• Behind-the-scenes tours of Anti-Cruelty

Humane Heroes show an extraordinary commitment to helping animals in need and Anti-Cruelty’s lifesaving work. Become a Humane Hero today and support the animals who need our care and protection to live a happy and healthy life. For more information or to become a Humane Hero, please contact humaneheroes@anticruelty.org or (312) 645-8066.

“I am proud to be a Humane Hero because I’ve seen first-hand the impact that Anti-Cruelty has in Chicago. From the joy a new pet brings to a family, to seeing a previously abused animal learning to love and trust again, to providing lifesaving services to our abused animal learning to love and trust again, to providing lifesaving services to our community, they are creating a more compassionate, humane Chicago. Supporting that work makes me truly feel like a hero.” —Sue Ettelson, proud member of Humane Heroes
