Team Anti-Cruelty 2026

Run for Team Anti-Cruelty in the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon!

Race Day: Sunday, October 11, 2026

Are you ready to make every mile matter? Join Team Anti-Cruelty for the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon and help support our mission to build a more humane and compassionate community for pets and the people who love them. We’re looking to fill all 94 charity entry slots—and we want you on our team!

Step 1: Apply for a Charity Entry

To kick off your journey with Team Anti-Cruelty, start by completing our registration form:

Sign up here!

Once we receive your application, we’ll send you a waiver to sign and return. Please note: submitting the form does not guarantee your entry. Entries are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after all required steps are completed.

Step 2: Confirm Your Spot

After you return your signed waiver, you’ll be invited to complete your official registration through:

  • Haku (the Bank of America Marathon platform)
  • GoFundMe (to set up your fundraising page)

These next steps are by invitation only and are not public-facing.

Fundraising Commitment

Charity runners commit to raising a minimum of $2,200 in support of Anti-Cruelty’s programs and services.

We’ll be with you every step of the way—providing support, training tips, and tools to help you reach your fundraising and fitness goals.

Already Entered the Marathon via the Lottery?

Great! If you receive a standard entry through the Bank of America lottery, you can still run for Team Anti-Cruelty! Just get in touch with us to connect and we’ll help you get set up with our team perks (and no fundraising minimum required).

If you don’t receive a lottery spot, don’t worry—if we still have open charity entries, you’re welcome to apply through the charity program and join Team Anti-Cruelty that way.

Why Run with Team Anti-Cruelty?
