Darlene Duggan

Darlene Duggan is Vice President of Quality and Best Care, serves as the Chief Operations Officer, and is Interim President. She oversees the clinic and shelter services including admissions and field services. Darlene is born and raised in Chicago a received her undergraduate degree from The University of Chicago and also holds a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has 20 years of experience in animal welfare from a variety of organizations including private shelters, municipal organizations, and the for-profit sector.
