An Experienced and Caring Team
The veterinarians and Clinic staff at The Anti-Cruelty Society have performed thousands of spay /neuter surgeries each year with a personalized focus on each and every pet who walks through our doors. You can feel comfortable that your pet is in the best possible hands.
Each pet begins with a personalized exam by one of our veterinarians to clear them for surgery. If your pet is over six years old, we require a blood work panel to ensure your pet is healthy enough for the procedure. The health and safety of every pet is our primary concern.
The Anti-Cruelty Society offers spay/neuter services for any animal with more than 11,000 surgeries performed each year at the downtown Clinic at Grand Ave. and LaSalle St. All pets adopted from the Society will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
The Anti-Cruelty Society also offers a variety of clinic and pet care services.
- Spay/Neuter Clinic
- Wellness Clinics: Clinics offering immunization and general pet care for select communities several times a year
- Friends Who Care: a program to support senior animal pet owners
