Pet First Aid & CPR

Do you plan on working with other people’s pets for a living as a dog walker, groomer, or staff member at a boarding facility? Do you have pets at home and want to be prepared in case of an emergency? If so, then our Pet First Aid & CPR class can help!

Needless to say, this course will cover general pet first aid and CPR techniques, with a specific emphasis on cats and dogs. In order to mimic working with real animals, participants are given life-sized animal mannequins to practice on during the class. No real animals are allowed in the class, including the personal pets of participants.

We hold the Pet First Aid & CPR class 4 times a year, so if you’re interested, you should sign up for the next one immediately, as pre-registration is required to attend and class sizes are limited to 12 people. The class length is 3 hours, and the fee is $50. You can register for the upcoming Pet First Aid & CPR class by visiting our Events page. The $50 course fee must be paid with a credit card during the registration process.
