Most Enthusiastic: Angela Wang
A positive attitude is so important as we look to share the love and enthusiasm we have for all of our animals. This is why the Most Enthusiastic Award is so important to the work we do at The Anti-Cruelty Society. This Award is a peer-nominated award and this year’s recipient is Angela Wang.
Angela is a dog care trainer and foster and was nominated by fellow volunteers for bringing her energy and positive attitude to the Society every time she volunteers. At times, you can see Angela standing in the Adoption Center with one of her fosters and engaging people who are visiting by telling great stories about the animal in her charge. She always has a smile on her face and she naturally shares that enthusiasm with everyone around her. It’s no wonder she was chosen by her peers for this award.
During National Volunteer Appreciation Week, The Anti-Cruelty Society recognizes all volunteers for their support, commitment and dedication to help us provide a better life for the animals that the animals in our care. With more than 600 volunteers who provide more than 50,000 hours each year, the Society’s volunteers give generously of their time to help the thousands of homeless, abused, and neglected animals in our care each year. Their dedication directly impacts the lives of each animal they come into contact with. We could not do this work without our volunteer support and especially from people like Angela.
Each year, we formally recognize our outstanding volunteers and extend our sincere thanks. Each day we are grateful for this support.
Congratulations Angela on your peers recognizing you as the Most Enthusiastic. We agree! Thank you for your support and smiles!
